Frank Lee, founder
Frank has spent more than 20 years in New Zealand's building industry. He started on the tools as a builder, then lectured at Unitec. In 2011 he founded Riverview, and he leads the studio as a Licensed Building Practitioner (Design).
That background shapes everything we do. Frank knows how a house goes together on site, so our designs are practical to build, straightforward to price and ready for consent.
Lin, architectural designer
Lin brings a sharp eye for detail and a calm, organised approach to every project. She works closely with Frank on design development, consent documentation and client coordination.
Who we work with
Homeowners
Whether you're renovating a villa, adding space for a growing family or building new, we design homes around how you live and what you need.
Developers
We help developers unlock a site's potential through urban intensification: feasibility, site layout, townhouse and multi-unit design, and consents.
Every project follows the same five steps. Simple, open and personal, so that you know where you are and what comes next.
- TalkA free first conversation about your site, your plans and your budget.
- PlanWe check feasibility and give you a clear, written fee proposal.
- DesignWe develop the design with you until it's right.
- ConsentWe prepare and lodge your resource and building consents.
- BuildWe support you and your builder through to completion.
